Built for the Moment Sports was founded on the belief that every athlete deserves an advocate who understands both the game and the business behind it.
Founder Donald Fryar developed his passion for basketball while serving as a scout player for the University of Virginia Women’s Basketball program. Working alongside elite athletes and coaches provided firsthand insight into the dedication, preparation, and sacrifices required to compete at the highest levels.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, where he developed the legal and negotiation skills that now help athletes protect their careers and maximize their opportunities.
Today, Donald combines an athlete’s perspective with a lawyer’s precision to represent professional and aspiring professional athletes. Whether negotiating contracts, identifying international opportunities, securing brand partnerships, or providing long-term career guidance, every decision is made with one objective:

DeLante’ Victory serves as an NIL agent and FIBA/NBA scout for Built for the Moment Sports. A former collegiate athlete, coach, trainer, and player-development specialist, he brings a comprehensive perspective to talent evaluation, athlete development, and NIL representation.
DeLante’ played collegiate basketball at Virginia Wesleyan University as a versatile guard and forward. Competing inside a demanding program sharpened his understanding of team systems, preparation, leadership, and the accountability the next level demands.
Since 2018 he has trained and developed athletes with an emphasis on individual skill, basketball IQ, physical preparation, and competitive confidence. He currently coaches multiple age groups with DC Assault, and led the program’s 15U team to a New Balance P32 League National Championship.
At BFM, DeLante’ identifies and evaluates prospects for collegiate and professional opportunities across the FIBA and NBA pipelines, weighing athleticism, basketball IQ, positional fit, competitiveness, coachability, and long-term potential. As an NIL agent, he helps student-athletes strengthen their personal brands, find partnership opportunities, and create value beyond the court.
